QA/QC Introduction

We have set up a strict quality control system in conformance with ISO9001 covering all research, manufacturing, technological arrangement and QC processes.

We have implemented a comprehensive checking system that covers all phases of the production process, starting with inspection of incoming materials, through assembly and then to packing. During the production, we adopted advanced SMT technics, All PCB are tested by computer tester; the finished products are also tested by shock equipment and high-low temperature tester. All items are checked at each stage in order to assure high quality and meet customers' demands.
